Contraindication / Electro-Muscle-Stimulation (EMS)

The Electro-Muscle-Stimulation (EMS) is one of the most efficient and most effective sports in the world. You save a lot of time through an intensive and deep stimulation of your muscles. Thus, our training is very demanding and requires a good physical condition of your body.

Possible risks may be:

    • Internal defibrillator
    • Bypass
    • Cardiac infarction
    • Arteriosclerosis
    • Angina pectoris

    • Carotissinus syndrom

    • Neurodermatitis
    • Psoriasis
    • Generally dry skin
    • Open skin injuries, eczema, sunburn etc. under or near the electrodes
  3. Metabolism
    • Diabetes mellitus
    • Gall or kidney stones
  4. Implants
    • Metal implants
    • Piercings under or near the electrodes
  5. Neurology
    • Epilepsy
    • Parkinson’s disease
    • Multiple sclerosis
    • Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
    • Spastic spinal paralysis
    • Strong migraine
    • Disorientation

    • Hemophilia (bleeding tendency)

    • Operations within the last six months

    • Effusions in the body cavities, e.g. pleura effluxion, ascites
